Hot Soup Processor

Hot Soup Processor is a BASIC-like language, written in Japanese.

The compiler for the reference implementation of HSP produces HSP bytecode, which is then interpreted by a virtual machine.

An alternate implementation of HSP exists for Java, known as HSPlet.  HSPlet compiles the HSP bytecode into Java bytecode and provides a supporting runtime library.
